Modern management practices for alternative micro-and small businesses, 2006
The specific project objective is to increase the knowledge, skills, capabilities and competences of over 50 micro- and small enterprises, using alternative forms of employment, in areas of strategic importance for their long-term development. The target groups are the management bodies of micro- and small enterprises. The activities, through which the objective will be achieved are training seminars; 25 % of the enterprises will receive additional support through individual consultations in the area of corporate social responsibility, human resources management and strategic business development. The implementation of the project will support the implementation of modern management practices in the target enterprises, which, in the long term will increase their productivity, competences and possibilities to create new jobs. Location: North-east NUTS II region : Varna, Shumen, Targovishte, Dobrich, Razgrad, Silistra North-west NUTS II region : Vidin, Vratza, Montana Results: - At least 50 micro- and small enterprises working in the area of alternative employment have incre?sed their knowledge and management capacity in the following ares: corporate social responsibility, human resources management and strategic business development; - In at least 25% of the target micro- and small enterprises strategies have been developed in the area of corporate social responsibility, human resources management and strategic business development, according to their specific needs.
